How do I book?
We offer both online booking through the link above and through our website. You are also welcome to call Flipp and book over the phone. As a small team we attempt to answer all calls between clients, if you get our voicemail please leave us a message and one of us will get back to you by the end of the day.
How can I speak with a stylist?
As said above, we are a small studio, we all share the responsibility of answering the phone and returning messages. During our busiest time this may mean a call is not returned until the end of the work day. Please feel free to leave your contact information along with the service you are looking to have completed and one of us will get back to you. You can also send us a message through Facebook.
How do I choose the right color service?
We offer and highly recommend a complimentary consultation service booked ahead of any first-time color service. This is provided in order to choose the correct service, the amount of time needed and to assess the health of your hair. Especially for color transformation services.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Services 90 minutes or more require a credit at the time of booking to hold the appointment (the card is not charged). If cancelled less than 24 hour before the appointment you will be charged a "no-show" fee up to 100% of the value of the missed appointment. We require a minimum of 24 hour notice of cancellation
What is a "Non-Gender Specific" haircut?
We recognize that there are some members of our community for whom gender identity is a non-binary identification. The service cost is determined based on the length of the appointment. The appointment default time is 60 minutes.
